Berlin's legendary queer cabaret, THE VELVET CREEPERS, are serving you “Weimar Cabaret on acid” - A queerlesque extravaganza of in-your-face fabulousness filled with circus, song, comedy, burlesque, drag and performance art.
About The Velvet Creepers:
The Velvet Creepers are a queer circus and cabaret company that blend vintage glamour with a unique surreal aesthetics and promote body positivity, queer visibility and empowerment. They are dedicated to reviving the spirit of Weimar Cabaret mixed with Berlin queer club culture of today.
They were founded in 2018 by Lilly Mortis (vocalist, emcee), Fifi Fantôme (aerialist and burlesque dancer) and Dunja von K (hula hoop and hars suspension artist). The Velvet Creepers have been producing their regular Show in Ballhaus Berlin for 5 years and have graced many stages at theaters and performance festivals across Europe. Notable stages include Le Consulat (Paris), Fusion Festival, Stuttgart Poetry Festival, UNTOLD Festival, Central Kabarett Leipzig and many more.
